I am so glad to give my speech to you I will start my topic about The Dream English,as you know ,The Dream English plans to put our dream come true。When I was a little boy ,I was so curious about english as long as I heard someone speak english around me,so I am very interested in english.Thank for The Dream English,I have a chance to learn more about english which is about life and study. In my opinion,english is not only a language but also a study.It contains much useful knowledge and life experience,if we all try our best to learn about it,such as its background and its history,we can regard it as a tool to make contribution to ourselves and our country.
I am always interested in traveling. My reasons are quite (extremely) simple and clear. If anybody is not satisfied with my viewpoint(s)，I shall be greatly surprised at his ways of thinking.
In the first place, traveling increases our knowledge. Only by traveling can we see things outside our home town.
In the second place, traveling is good to our health. While we are traveling, we usually exercise our bodies.

I still remember when I was a little boy,there were not many tall buildings.We can see the trees everywhere,in the countryside,we can play with the lovely animals ,and feel the fresh air,what a wonderful memory!But now,the beautiful scene disappeared,our sight was blocked out by the skyscrper everywhere.The air is polluted and the water is dirty ,so what has happened to our nature?
Some people may say,'we are the masters of nature." But is it true Nowadays we have face more and more problems because of human's behavior.The temperature is higher year by year,more and more ground is turning to desert,and the water from our city's river can not be drunk.If we still make no sense to save our nature ,maybe one day in the future,we will have no fresh air to breathe and no clean water to drink...
So,from now on ,from you and me ,from the little things in our life ,learn to save our nature,to protect our enviornment,and to stop people damaging our nature !Everybody ,let's do it !

once upon a time, a weenie ant was walking on his way. as he was walking, suddenly he felt the ground shaking terribly. he looked around with his paranoid eyes and saw an elephant walking right behind him. quickly, the little ant covered himself with dirt.
right now, i’m standing on this glamorous stage. but everything here reminds me of is a not so fun memory. around this time last year i was in nanjing competing in another speech contest. that was the first time for me to be in such a large event. of course the pressure i was under was immense too. after a sleepless and stressful night, i went onto that stage without the feeling in my legs. that speech turned out to be horrible. i don’t remember how i get down from there, but i do remember afterwards i just wanted to find a hole to hide in just like the ant in the story. back at my school, it took a long time for me to recover. thanks to all the help i got from my special friends. my confidence was restored. after rounds of giving speeches and answering tough questions, i am here today. from all that i’ve been through i’ve learned that a good future is based on a forgotten past, if i want my life to go on well i have to let go of my past failure. so today, with out fear, i am tripping my elephant again.
My Pet
When I was a child, I really want a pet, like ducks, rabbits, cats, dogs, even a pig! Finally, my parents bought me a puppy as my birthday gift. I really love it, it was really lovely. When I was tired, it always made me happy. I take it for a walk every evening. I was very happy when we get together. How to Survive Culture Shock (1)
When you are preparing for your college adventures abroad , it’s easy enough to make sure you get all the right forms filled out ,have your textbooks waiting for you at the other end ,but how do you prepare for the adjustment to a new place? Especially, how to survive culture shock?
If your language is not the main language spoken, make sure you take some classes in the local language before you go .Phrase books are all very well, but listening is the best way to learn. Audiotapes are a good alternative.
Any travel agent can dell you what the average rainfall will be and where the best tourist destinations are, but that doesn’t help much. Ask the travel agent for any less tourist-oriented information and check libraries and bookstores. Make sure you pack toiletries, medicines ,and personal items before you leave. Sure, you can find a lot of things in the new country, but the sound of a familiar voice. When you get on the plane, set your watch to the new time zone and try and place yourself in if .Drink plenty of water because flying dehydrates you .Stretch your legs and get some sleep. Make sure you know where your consulate office is in case of emergencies. If you don’t know, ask airport staff, university staff or use a telephone book ,but find it before you need it .
Our school is called “Nan Guan Primary School”。 There are a lot of students and teachers in it. It’s famous for its achievement and its beautiful environment.
On the playground, there are all kinds of plants in turns. And if you stand a place, you can see lots of “NOTES” and “SIGNS”。 For example, “Be quite, please.” “Don’t litter the rubbish.” And so on. Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”。 I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ，we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
